YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
Content Team Lead (for tutorials) in the Content team. You'll own how Hostinger's tutorials get made - at speed, at quality, and at scale. From running the end-to-end production pipeline and setting the quality bar to developing a team of writers and editors, you'll be the person who turns SEO's planned topics into published tutorials that help millions of people succeed online. You'll work closely with the SEO team and report to the Head of Content.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
- Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs: plan team capacity against the production calendar and deliver against it
- Track throughput, spot bottlenecks early, and resolve issues before they escalate
- Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure your team delivers it
- Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors
- Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already have
- Build a self-sufficient team that makes decisions without you

- Track record running high-volume content production: has built and held a schedule
- Sets the standard for what is "good" in writing, documents it, and enforces it
- Has developed individual contributors: knows how to move people from good to great, not just manage performance
- Proactive by default: brings problems and proposes solutions before they're asked
- Data-literate: tracks output, spots trends, and uses numbers to make decisions, not just report them
